Restructured styles to match figma.

Remaining issues are:

when the nav turns into a hamburger menu, the opening of that menu does not push elements outside of the header down with it
missing links for Investigations, Solutions, and Opinions in the nav (similar to bga-pension)
missing background for the donate card and the "what are you curious about" sections
need to work on the rss feed to be able to grab images for each respective article in the "from the newsroom" section

@xmedr you have some linting problems on story_feed.js
