Add column constraints to improve data integrity

I've found some cases in the db that have incorrect or null data (most likely due to performing local scrapes on old or buggy branches).

We should add in some column constraints to make sure the data we're piping in is at least in a format we expect:

• all fields should not be null
• dates should be uniform
