'Reset all filters' button should clear all filters #44

it currently goes to the default view, with top 5 crime types selected

Good point. I think the button hint text should either be changed to 'default view' or we reset the map with no filters. The question is, what do we do with no filters? Show all crimes for all types?

Since selecting filters and applying filters (search) are currently two separate tasks, I think it'd be intuitive for all the filters to clear while the map stays the same (as if a user manually Xs out all filters w/o clicking search). I thought the button was more of a shortcut to help a user create a filtered search from scratch, rather than a search in itself?— Sent from Mailbox
