Clean up Nginx configs and SSL certs on Hot Dog Princess #177

We've migrated or spun down a lot of apps that were previously deployed on Hot Dog Princess. Let's clean up related artifacts so we only receive notifications of failures that matter.

First task is to identify which artifacts are related to apps that are no longer deployed on HDP so we know what's safe to remove.
