This issue is for tracking my (Sam) exploration in Make land.

I've dipped my toes in the water in my free time. I have a side project where I'm attempting to use Make for ETL.

For today's investment time, (4/22 (Earth Day)), I'm going to re-read the DataMade data-making doc, re-visit my project wip ETL attempt, and refactor my ETL so I can have the code reviewed.

Awesome, @smcalilly! How about you shape up whatever you have by EOD (draft or final, either works) and share with me so we can chat about it at our next 1:1?

Here are my notes from reading the data-making-guidelines.

Here is my PR: https://github.com/data-mississippi/data-ms-app/pull/23. I haven't been able to clean up much code because I've been reading and writing the PR before going to get my covid shot.

Update on this: I'm still working through some of Hannah's PR notes and planning to submit another PR after my next investment day.
