The hashed password stored in the wagtail cookiecutter initial_cms_content.json file wasn't matching up with the password in our LastPass. I updated the LastPass password and re-ran the data dump on the CRP website, copying over the hashed password for this user to include in the initial data load.

Use the cookiecutter to create a new wagtail app
Follow the README instructions to load the cms data
Bring up the app and try logging into the wagtail admin interface using the credentials stored in LastPass
