This PR moves EvZ's docs for naming things from https://github.com/datamade/deploy-a-site/pull/49 to this repo. Now that we're collecting docs for project management in this repo, I figured it was a better place for these docs to live.
These changes had already been approved in https://github.com/datamade/deploy-a-site/pull/49. I called out the portions that I edited for clarity, which you may want to re-review.
