A Gatsby CMS

I'm interested in getting a CMS system working with Gatsby. Wagtail and Netlify CMS both look promising. Opening this issue to track the idea!

The Master Gatsby course (which we have team access to) includes a CMS component.

We like Wagtail and have a good pattern for integrating React with Django, so we aren't going to explore this pattern any more.
