Closes #209. This PR follows Tyler's instructions outlined in #209. The only modification is that it changes the background off-white color to match the beige on UCD's website and changes the sidebar color to a softer and slightly bluer version of UCD's green. Changing the sidebar to dark blue is a much more involved change and would involve reworking all the sidebar colors. What do you think @jeancochrane? I'm hesitant to embark on a redesign at this late hour, at least without showing UCD this other option.
