Texas did redistricting :-( #31

Some of your information isn't accurate. Texas redistricted recently (pause to say lots of sweary words). I imagine that other places did too.. That means that this marvelous tool needs to be updated. I hope you can do that, or can convince someone to do it. I think your tool is valuable.

our app pulls data from the Google Civic Info API, so this will need to be addressed there
