County capitalization #6

Capitalize "Baltimore City" (not "Baltimore city") Sample address: 1000 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD

(BTW, Baltimore City is a separate jurisdiction from Baltimore County. So far I have found the latter properly capitalized.)
