Seems like the terminal status for petitions is received ordered printed filed?

Oversight, Tours, and Town Hall Meetings all seem like events. IF we can make sure that all the right documents get associated to the events, let's just show them through events, not as legislation.

We already are showing oversight, tours, and town hall meetings in events, and they have the same documents associated.
