Misspeling on zoning districts page #3

The word "wether" is misspelled on the zoning districts page:

"Varies by lot frontage, and wether building has ground-floor commercial space. (See 17-3-0408)"

Should be "whether."

Juan, you have access to edit that file. I started fixing a few.

Note: the changes won't show up immediately on the site due to caching (storing the pages for 24 hours)
