more detail on PMDs #9

There are 15 specific Planned Manufacturing Districts (PMD) in Chicago:

A simple list is up on the PMD detail page: http://secondcityzoning.org/zone/PMD/

It would be neat to have a detailed page on each PMD, a map of the area and it's history.
