When I parse this address (The American Road, Mail Drop 1234,Dearborn, MI, 48121)

I get this error:

usaddress.RepeatedLabelError: 
ERROR: Unable to tag this string because more than one area of the string has the same label

UNCERTAIN LABEL:  city
