associate people with pupa id #8

@evz, @derekeder Any chance we can address this today?

From my hacking on anthropod/pupa, the ocd-person ids are now stable.

I need this ID so that I can link the campaign finance data with the rest of the data.

@evz i can take a stab at this, but you will probably be able to get it done faster.

The approach I would take would be to add pupa_id to the candidate model and paste the ids in there manually.

Also, is the plan to migrate this db to mongo so the stack is consistent across scrapers and the api? (https://github.com/datamade/anthropod/issues/5)

Yeah, pretty sure that's the plan (and hand cutting and pasting is kinda the approach @fgregg and I had in mind). I was thinking we could make this, the elections app, and the clout app requirements of our install of anthropod. So when we deploy it, they'll just be in the requirements file and will get installed with the rest of the stuff (kinda the way you plugged imago in there).
