Fix specs for PG9 #5

Commits should be self explanatory. Tested on 8.4.4 and 9, ruby 1.8.7 and 1.9.2.

The bigint commit may have implications for non do_postgres adapters (it was actually failing on 8.4.4 also), but I'm not set up to test them yet.

ta. I've got a few other commits, for notice_receiver and getting rid of that warning in the specs. Care to grant me a commit bit?
