Thanks for providing a great resource! I was interested in contributing a d3 map and some simplified topojson files derived from the shapefiles back to your repo. Maybe someone could use it :-) This is my first ever PR so apologies for any newbie mistakes in advance.

Can we do some reorganizing?

You have added a file

parliamentary-constituencies/india_state_2014_simplified.topojson

This needs to go into states folder right?

No problem! It was a fun exercise. Sure we can do some reorganizing. Should I move the states file into a new States folder, update the code and resubmit the pull request?
