Add single file modules as independent sections in the docs #131

Currently, all single file modules are considered part of datamol. This is not very intuitive and/or explicitly revealing all the powerful modules datamol has to offer. List of implicit modules to front explicitly in the documentation:

[ ] - io
[ ] - convert
[ ] - cluster
[ ] - fp
[ ] - similarity
[ ] - graph
[ ] - data

I am good with that. It's mostly about splitting the https://github.com/datamol-org/datamol/blob/main/docs/api/datamol.md file into multiple ones.
