Improve generated release changelogs #124

The changelogs automatically generated for releases by convco could be formatted nicer, see e.g. https://github.com/datamole-ai/edvart/releases/tag/v2.0.0

Configuration for convco is quite cumbersome, but git-cliff can generate some very nice changelogs when configured properly.
