Comments on user story 2

Part of the same questions and comments relate to user story 2 that I did with regards to user story 1 (#1). Here are some remarks that are unique to this story:

44 1. The eurostat package retains the provenance metadata, i.e., the descriptive metadata and the semantics of the Eurostat original cult_emp_sex. The dataset package is used by eurostat to record the metadata from the source

• What is meant by the provenance metadata, exactly?
• The source of the data (url to the dataset or to a landing page?), the publisher of the data (Eurostat)?
• What is meant by descriptive metadata, how broad should it be?
• What is meant, technically speaking, with retaining the "semantics of the Eurostat original cult_emp_sex"?
• What is the intended relation of the dataset package with regards to the eurostat package, would the dataset package alter the output of all data objects returned by the eurostat package, or would this be an optional thing?

I am adding new issues when there is no answer to the questions here. Whenever the answer is there, then you can write issues there or directly to the dataset repository. The dataset package has a devel branch which is failing, becuase I am chaning the original 0.2.1. functions rather dramatically and try to get all what is documented in the document there in the 0.3.0 (still this year) or 0.4.0 by January.
