Domain transfer #11

@Holly-Transport has started the domain transfer with ITS. (I assume from her GoDaddy to the WorldBank management).

Tracking here to close when it's done.

Since today, we are serving the site from GH Pages, hence the DNS should reflect the new change when it moves to ITS:
