Investigate protected static site #3

Now that we can have private repos, we need to find a way to publish the documentation, but not open to the public, only to members of the DDP.

I made the site private. The Netlify deploy still works.

Thanks @dc-coder. That's great! I was going to use https://github.com/benbalter/jekyll-auth but seems you got that covered.

Where is it deployed? Who has access to it? How do we manage access?

Oh, I realize it was the wrong repo. I meant to file this on https://github.com/datapartnership/devdatapartnership

I want to create the documentation/code but not for it to be public.
