First version of the document, in which a few topics about the Myanmar activity index are explained:

• S3 Data Collection
• Data Processing (in R and Amazon SageMaker).
• Brief methodology
• Insights and visualisations

@jfulponi The PR will be merged (in order to present to the project team). On the last section, it doesn't seem there's correlation between nighttime lights and density of devices. Thus, the conclusions must be amended. Finally, please address the comments left on #18.
