A 'production' module to PSGallery, on the master branch, if !Deploy is included anywhere in the commit message
TODO: Figure out which AppVeyor account has permissions (mine might just need time to adjust, I can see repos from my other orgs), ensure we have a PSGallery API Key and account, if we don't use mine, and publish it manually once ahead of time (to get casing right).
The scaffolding for a psake-pester-psdeploy pipeline is in place.
As configured, it will deploy:
