Added documentation for PR #6777 (Query Store Set and Get functions shouldn't try to get data from model)

As best as I can tell, no documentation was added as part of PR #6777 . This fixes that.

Purpose

As best as I can tell, no documentation was added as part of PR #6777 . This fixes that. No issue has been created since this is just an extension of that PR.

Approach

A comment and one line in the docs.

I wish that I could somehow implement a way to check model, but the previous PR already had a very similar discussion.
