Confirm that openaire API queries all the funders #578

5/Apr/2024 - OK: openaire feeds (PRIO: if the current api queries all the funders available in openaire; no need to make the set smaller (to just https://github.com/ufal/clarin-dspace/blob/8a6ba5c98547942d7115b74cf4978e0b29ca50e4/dspace/config/modules/openaire.cfg#L3)

  1. If funding has a info:eu... then it should be added into special collection: https://lindat.mff.cuni.cz/repository/oai/openaire_data?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc
  2. Add to that special collection only that fundings which has type like FP7...
