UFAL/PY-collection2item table is not migrated #76

Problem description

Some items should be mapped into two collection. E.g., the Item Funeral of journalist Karel Lažnovský in Prague and Remembrance Ceremony for Reinhard Heydrich in Prague should be mapped in the collection: The Heydrich Terror and Memorable Funerals.

Problem collection is: The collection Memorable Funerals has only 59 items instead of 61.

The Item Funeral of journalist Karel Lažnovský in Prague has id = 4613 and Remembrance Ceremony for Reinhard Heydrich in Prague id = 4609

I've tried to run import with this changes and it works - the Memorable Funerals has 61 Items.
