UFAL/PY-user_metadata old 41387 != new 40328 #86

Problem description

This count difference is happening because the user_metadata is updated instead of adding a new one.

After import there are still missing 42 user_metadata records (41345) imported. The reason is the same like in this issue: https://github.com/dataquest-dev/dspace-python-api/issues/84#issuecomment-1731030144
