Updated R package, added readme #31

This updates the R package to the Bioconductor release version. I also included a little README.md file with installation instructions as well as links to the Bioconductor page and the vignette.

I just replaced the old GRmetrics folder with the contents of the latest Bioconductor repository. There shouldn't be anything to review in detail. I did add a few functions to the package that make accessing the results of GRfit easier. You can see details in the vignette.
