confusion in name/label #7

In the tutorial (REAMDME.md file):

"... on the same plate (control_cell__count, x_ctrl)" should be written as: "... on the same plate (defined as 'control cell count' or x_ctrl)"

same on the next line.

update pdf accordingly.
