SRT stream freezes #506

Subject of the issue Hello!

I stream IRL when traveling, streamed directly to twitch via apps like Prism etc. But it's not very reliable method when the connection isn't stable enough. So i use OBS launched on my pc which streams to Twitch and do everything else including scenes switching in case of drops or connection looses. I use want to use larix broadcaster to stream SRT to Restreamer ( running in VPS (ubuntu 20.04) which than restreams to OBS. Everything works good until any connection problems, when internet speed decreases or there're some disconnections it won't restore streaming until i restart it on my phone. It looks like Restreamer keep sending some informatin to OBS (it doesn't switch to offline scene), but there's no picture until. There's no such problems if i use RTMP.

Your environment Larix broadcaster (Android, LTE) => Datarhei Restreamer on cloud based server with Ubuntu => OBS Studio (Win 10, optic 100mbps)

Steps to reproduce To reproduce i used router function to lower internet speed for streaming phone conncted via wifi.
