RTMP Server mode Probe fails, not allowing to proceed #507

First of all thank you so much for your wonderful project.

Describe the bug In "RTMP Server" mode Probe fails, and not allowing to proceed and complete.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a new RTMP server
  2. Click NEXT
  3. Click NEXT again to proceed
  4. See Please wait. Probe stream data...

How can you probe when RTMP server is not ready yet ? Its a logical bug.

Expected behavior In "RTMP Server" mode you must not probe the incoming stream. Without probe create a new server and run. You may be ask video resolution from the user or set some temprory resolution and create. Let the user change it later or auto detect from the incoming stream.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Additional context Same probe issue while changing any settings changes on the in "RTMP Server" mode. We Disconnect the stream and then entering the Settings page. How can you get probe result when stream stopped ? So we could do any changes latter.

Please fix this issues.

NOTE: Another bug is there. When internet fails at client side. After wards we could not start the stream on this RTMP server. We get bellow permission error. Error number -10053 occurred from ffmpeg client.

I am looking to setup an RTMP Server to HDMI solution and pondering to use restreamer. Is this bug still relevant as it sounds like it would prevent my setup since I want to launch the server and then add the RTMP url from restreamer into an iPhone app that is RTMP capabable to convert the feed to HDMI to use on my Yolobox.
