after a crash, obs no longer connects to the RTMP server #645

Describe the bug Not sure if this is a bug on my end, but I can no longer access the RTMP server from OBS.

To Reproduce I originally had the service running, but after switching networks, my machine locked up and i had to power it off via the power switch. Since then, I've been unable to hit the restream server, with a 'failed to connect to server' error from OBS, and a failed to probe from restream. Restream virtual input works, and OBS can stream out to restream.io. I've tried deleting and pulling a new container, adding and removing a stream key, and looking for a way to stream my OBS as a hardware device, but havne't had any luck.

Expected behavior Connecting to Restreamer via OBS and connecting restreamer out to restream.io should work.

Same issue here. No matter what I do I can't get it to work. I think it may be a broken feature.
