Allow to set a custom port for PeerTube streams #761

At the moment, the Peertube stream option for Restreamer will only broadcast to the default port 1935, but Peertube does allow you to set an alternate RTMP port. It would be awesome to have the option to specify in the event the server admin chose a different port.
