The word "happiness" can mean so many different things. Is there another term you can use to label the SF-36 composite?

"Affective wellbeing"

Life-satisfaction and happiness have been relabelled cognitive- and affective wellbeing, respectively, to match our nomenclature in Kettlewell et al 2020
