Email template: Copy to clipboard - not working on iPhone #21

Tapping the copy to clipboard button on email templates isn't working on iPhone May not be working on Android either. Needs testing

This looks like a good option for this. Tested and working on iPhone running iOS11. https://github.com/lgarron/clipboard-polyfill
