Can we receive a notification when an organisation in the database makes a change to the privacy policy? How could we do this?

We previously talked about hashing the contents of the tag.

Issues are:

sometimes privacy policies are spread over several webpages
sometimes privacy policies are PDF
comparing hashes of \<body> tags doesn't help you find where the change happened. It could be a new menu item in the \<nav> or anything

We could investigate SaaS products that could do this for us rather than reinventing the wheel
