In user research, people aren't seeing and/or understanding the grey Alpha feedback bar at the top. People do expect to see a contact link at the bottom of the page. Ordinary users say they're unlikely to give feedback if it means using Github but are happy to send an email.
Sort of related to this, we may want to consider not using "mailto:" links. Some users were very confused when they clicked on a mailto link and a default mail client opened that they had never realised was on their computer.
We have email feedback in the footer now
At the moment, the footer says "Problem on this page? Help us make it better on GitHub".
We should change it to "Any feedback or seen problems on the page? Email us at contact@datarightsfinder.org or help us make it better on GitHub."
