[x] add rspec_helper.rb file
[x] add .rspec file with color option
[x] add configuration for shoulda-matcher, database_cleaner and simplecov
[x] Couldn't run rubocop. Fix it

Error: obsolete parameter AlignWith (for Lint/EndAlignment) found in /Users/roma/sites/pickabrain/.rubocop.yml
`AlignWith` has been renamed to `EnforcedStyleAlignWith`
