Add views for section reporting

• [ ] Section link geometries with cumulative attribute values (i & j distances)
• [ ] Section points: stops (+ later: support any projected points such as crosswalks) with i and j distance coverage values
• [ ] Section traversals from links on journey, with cumulative values
• [ ] Points on section, with cumulative values and matching distances
