Add support for basic link-based aggregate values #95

When #94 is done and we have support for link- and thus section-based aggregates.

For instance:

Link thru times -> mean and median speed within time frame, fastest and slowest 10 %, and variance
Time spent on link, by journey: moving > 10 km/h, moving < 10 km/h, stopped doors closed inside / outside stop area, stopped doors open inside / outside stop area
