@RobertSchwarz1 I am having a little bit of trouble reproducing your analysis as I cannot run the Project Code Phase II.Rmd file. Maybe point out exactly the points I should go through in the code and check this Rmarkdown as there are objects there I cannot generate. E.g. liver_cancer_cell_lines, new_prism.treat, etc...
