when creating a filter, provide some confirmation feedback #28

After completing the filter creation popup by selecting 'create rule', the popup disappears but no feedback is provided. It is not clear whether the rule has been created, whether it has been applied or is being applied. The object seems unchanged, with the conflicted element still being clickable.
