Describe the bug These two references go to the same place... I'm not sure the second one is right.

@online{CDDOGuidance, title = {Be open and use open source}, url = {https://www.gov.uk/guidance/be-open-and-use-open-source}, author = "{Central Digital and Data Office}", }

@online{CDDOTechCode, title = {The Technology Code of Practice}, url = {https://www.gov.uk/guidance/be-open-and-use-open-source}, author = "{Central Digital and Data Office}", }

Expected behavior There should be a unique link for each reference

Hey @ethan-moss , could you take a look at this when you get 5? Shouldn't take too long, but it's either a duplicated reference or a copy paste error on the url. Can't tell but thanks to @ColinDaglish for the spot.
