Feedback from survey

Lots of great content but some of the pages are blank/not needed as covered elsewhere: e.g https://datasciencecampus.github.io/coding-in-the-open/open-at-the-start/guidance.html

Potentially already covered in #16 (but adding for reference to add to list of actions addressed from survey)
