As a G6, think the most important thing here is to ensure colleagues writing code in the open feel safe to do so, and we have sufficient mitigation in place around any risks. This guidance is a really helpful step towards doing that!

Wide-reaching card that is difficult to pin-point to actions but is an important point that I think is worth discussing further and with SLT about how we support each other to feel safe to 'fail forward'.
