General considerations page is currently looking like an afterthought. It proposes to be a checklist of things to consider when setting out to code in the open. I see 2 options here:
Develop the page to reflect the guidance collated from various sources, such as ONS Duck book, Aqua book and other sources.
Remove this page and point readers to those sources of information.
As I understand it, ONS ASAP are currently developing peer review guidance. Therefore approach 2 may be preferable. I'll reach out to them shortly to confirm timescales for the publication of that guidance.
