31 blurb readme #33

Adding a blurb, images and contact info to the README

NB: you won't be able to see the cloud diagram because the URL points to 'main', so it won't appear until the png is in main.

As well as adding blurb and logos, I've also moved some detail out of the README into tutorials to allow more exploration of the detail without making the README hard to read.
