Can we add `reference/` qmds to the repo, and build them at PR time? #45

So, we want to confine html to gh-pages but the quartodoc build command just builds .qmd files. Would it be good to have these in main to make them easier to inspect for issues?

Could we run quartodoc build during the PR action phase?

On reflection, there's no good reason why we can't just build locally
